Beginners are welcome and you can expect Adaptive Yoga for injury, pain, and restrictions in movement. Having an experienced teacher to lead you in the exploration of yoga’s transformative powers for body and mind ensures you learn the poses and breath work correctly and safely.

Intermediate Yogis are invited to experience the profound impact of a yoga practice integrated with breath work like you’ve never done before: bring a beginner mind to class as there will be information and techniques that challenge you to go deeper than ever.
