There' also a free class this coming Monday and Wednesday at 6 PM- the focus will be breathwork in yoga, we'll stretch out gently and do some beginner breathing that has an amazing affect on the nervous system.

Yoga has helped students like Christine Elste to be more aware of their body. She's in a physically demanding job, massage therapy, and sees her weekly lesson as a chance to check in and give herself a good stretching out.
