Are you ready to personally take charge of your life? You can use your body and breath to feel better.

Simple techniques, used with guidance from an experienced yogi reduce overwhelm, alleviates stress and tension, and teaches you to rest.

All that's required is the willingness to put in an hour every week into yoga to support your nervous system and  continuing good health.

Folks come with different concerns: physical issues, pain, and the intentions to heal emotionally. 

What they share is that they've decided to change. It’s about being realistic about where you're at physically and mentally and taking responsibility to make time for yourself.

Folks also give up, frequently, for a few reasons: money, time and physical setbacks are top 3.

The first: Yes, investing in health is not something you're used to paying for. If you have benefits, why not go to physio or massage- If not, get a free yoga video. I won't knock it.

Yoga just takes you. A good teacher ensures you're doing it correctly for safety and the maximum benefit and have the tools to practice at home. And If one hour a week keeps you out of physio or another appointment even half the time, think of the savings in time!

Your time is money after all

An experienced teacher gets to know you and understand what you need. They can teach you efficient practices that consider your abilities and aims. It only takes a few minutes to regroup and carry on when you have the tools. 

Yoga can reduce burnout, restore energy, and improve focus- and that's what saves you from lost productivity and sick days. 

Physical setbacks: Here's the thing, if you're not a spring chicken, your body can be stiff, tense, lack strength or  has been injured before. It might be that you fall out walking or even tweak something in class. That's the truth. 

We can work with that. Be gentle, and if you blow it, don't blame yoga. Most of the time- we can work with it. Some of the time, you need a break, but most of the time gently keeping it up is possible without causing more harm.

You might know right at the start that this yoga fits and the breathing works.

Or you might take a few weeks to feel the benefits and know that this breathwork aligns with your intentions, feels amazing and supports you in self-healing. When you’re in the right place at the right time it’s magical. You can feel your aura expand and every cell in your body vibrate with energy.

Because of all this people are willing to invest in themselves and the classes. They love the great value they get, only one hour to hit four of the super-relaxer-restorer superstars- stretch, strength, breathwork and meditation.
