If you’ve ever wanted to start your mornings with calm energy—or unwind fully before sleep—these ONLINE practices are for you.  
🌅 Sunrise Practice Series 6:00 am | 45 min | Mon · Wed · Fri Over six weeks, you’ll learn a complete 20-minute home practice that builds gradually. Each week we add new poses and mindful movements, so by the end, you’ll have five unique sequences you can continue on your own. Beginners are warmly welcome—you’ll be guided step by step. Starts Monday, November 11. Investment: $150 
Join the Sunrise Program 
🌙 Evening Unwind Series: 7:30 – 8:15 pm | Mon · Wed · Fri This gentle evening course is designed to quiet your mind and relax your body for deep, restful sleep. Same 6-week format, building a soothing bedtime routine you’ll actually look forward to. Starts Monday, November 11. Investment: $150
