Looking Back on a Year of Joy
Thank you from the heart whether you're new to the community or have been with me for years reading these notes and articles and taking part in classes.
Where would I be without you?
In reviewing the year I see that students past and present and each of you who's reached out and had a chat with me, has helped me to evolve a clearer more informative message. Yoga has been my north star as I encountered difficulties in my own life and I've used yoga and breathwork to heal and flourish. It's my passion to bring you these tools to bring joy into your life in a lasting way.
You want yoga that's more than stretching your body, you're looking for a journey to self-mastery.
Yoga Therapy that's self-study- from the bottom up, attention to the breath and to the energy you bring to each day. Yoga for 'responsibility'- taking action that's beneficial to your body and mind. In yoga therapy it's essential to ensure that your teacher has a clear picture of who you are and what you need and want and to clarify just how the program will meet your individual needs.
