It's a Busy Week Coming Up!
There's the upcoming solo art show in Toronto to hang this week, and I’m busy working on the weekly group yoga class schedule for this fall. I'm also preparing articles to fit the theme for September- ‘International Yoga Month’. We’ll explore definitions from the tradition, one of my favorites, ‘step-by-step', and some created by my clients, like- ‘a touchstone and time out for me’.
