Adapt to Your Body's Needs to Get Started with Yoga

Not super flexible? Not feeling strong? Dealing with pain? You’re not alone—and yoga can still be for you.

Recently Krista, a lovely, life-loving woman determined to stay active and healthy as she ages, had a minor operation on her foot. She came to class to do what she could and did the yoga seated, using a footrest to elevate her feet when needed.
