Bio

 

Francie Adamson is a yoga therapist who works with people who frequently feel exhausted, broken, anxious, and fearful to transition to regain their energy and joy again.

After teaching yoga for 25+ years, Francie knows that it’s possible to stop being held back by fear, connect with your body and intuition, and know that you can handle it no matter what.

Francie has supported people struggling through divorce, abusive working conditions, and life-altering health conditions to turn over a new leaf, become grounded in the moment, and trust themselves and their intuition.

Francie is a certified Yoga Therapist through the Association of Yoga Therapists and completed Yoga teacher training with Sandra Sammartino in Vancouver, BC, in 2000 and Yoga Therapy training with Rosemary Jeanes Anze in Toronto in 2013.

Outside of her passion for yoga coaching, Francie loves painting, cooking for family and friends, and walking in nature.
