I'm excited to work with you over the next few weeks!. My commitment is to design you a personal yoga lesson your journey towards a harmonious and healthy life, body, mind, and soul.
You’ll learn practices and techniques to help you cultivate a healthy body and a calm and open mind. Your goals, physical abilities and personal preferences will guide us in crafting an effective and enjoyable practice that you can build into your life with ease.
I'll offer guidance and support as we work towards your goals to ensure your success in creating the yoga habit, with lifestyle and nutrition coaching included as desired.
From this foundation you'll be started on your well-being journey, nurturing daily fulfillment and long-term growth.
Ultimately, the Serenity and Vitality Program integrates coaching and yoga, guiding you towards a life of equilibrium, vitality, and fulfillment.
Having this clear Coaching Agreement establishes the ground for our relationship.
Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching process.
As your coach, you can expect me to:
1. Create a safe and effective yoga practice
2. Provide encouragement, and supportand an environment in which you can relax and explore
3. Respect the confidentiality of the agreements we make
4. Give you input, straight feedback and operate as a sounding board
6. Listen carefully to what you say and ask questions that increase awareness
7. Be an on-going resource for you in accomplishing your intentions
I expect that you, as my client will:
1. Commit yourself to attending classess
2. Practice yoga daily for a minimum of two minutes.
3. Keep me honestly informed as to what is and is not working for you
4. Take ownership for your progress and your accomplishments
5. Take financial responsibility for your coaching time. If you are unable to give two days of notice for a missed appointment, you may receive your coaching via email exchange.
THE OPTIMAL YOGA THERAPY EXPERIENCE
Your Complimentary Class, either online or in-person as per our agreement, and is 45 minutes in duration.You may take advantage of "pre-session prep forms" and "post-session recaps" to enhance and anchor the benefits of your coaching. This will create a "journaling" of your experience.
Please access your lessons at the Joy Core Studio in Courtice or through the on-line contact provided at the agreed time each week unless other arrangements have been made.
On occasion, you may have an urgent question, request for feedback, or want a confidential response to and you don't want to wait for your next lesson for the information. In this case you can use email to get a timely response. In an emergency, you could call me direct at 289-928-7292.
WAIVER AND HEALTH QUESTIONAIRE
You will receive an email with links to the Waiver and Health Questionnaire- these are REQUIRED FORMS. In order to make the best use of your time, please have them filled out prior to your appointment.
In order to complete them you must register or sign in using your preferred email.
PRIVATE CLIENT ACCESS
Everything will be housed conveniently on a secured and confidential "Private Client Website". Upon enrolling for the yoga therapy experience, you will be given a unique username and password. At your convenience you may access this "Private Client Website" area to access lesson plans, schedule lessons or to contact me. You will receive the access information and further instructions upon signing this agreement.
By checking the box that says "I agree to these terms and conditions," the Client confirms their understanding and acceptance of this Agreement.
